For social and private events, we accommodate up to 300 guests, so the space scales whether you're hosting close family or a wide open guest list.

The Wenbeck does not provide catering directly, and that flexibility is intentional. We work with a preferred list of trusted catering partners across central Ohio, and our open vendor policy means you can also bring in a caterer you already know. If your caterer isn't on the preferred list, we coordinate with Top Shelf Events to provide all service staff.
Bar service is handled in-house. We hold a State of Ohio Liquor Permit and offer three options: our BYOB+ program, where we source the alcohol, mixers, and bartenders; four curated drink packages with unlimited drinks and the first two bartenders included; or a cash bar on select days. Events can run until midnight.
