So is the wedding suite and parlor, which provides separate get-ready rooms for each side of the wedding party. The on-site Venue Manager is present during your event and serves as the main point of contact for the venue. That manager runs your 60-minute rehearsal, greets and directs vendors, designs the room layout, and serves as the main point of contact for venue details. The complementary house arch is one of the four arches that are available for ceremony use.
For couples who want more involved planning support, a day-of coordination add-on is available. It includes monthly check-ins starting 12 months out, unlimited calls and emails during the planning period, and vendor communication taken over one month before the event.
Bar Service Options
The Wenbeck holds a State of Ohio Liquor License and offers three bar options. The BYOB+ option means the venue supplies the alcohol, mixers, non-alcoholic beverages, and bartenders, and you can take home any unopened beer, wine, seltzers, or champagne at the end of the night. Four curated drink packages are also available, each covering unlimited drinks and including the first two bartenders. A cash bar option is available for Friday and Sunday weddings. Liquor cannot leave the premises under Ohio law, which applies across all options.
